Amendment 846 from the noble Baroness, Lady Berridge, says that the Secretary of State must issue statutory guidance on pressure. I think my response to the noble Lord, Lord Sandhurst, indicates that a code of practice on coercion sounds right. I do not know whether that would cover what the noble Baroness is saying, but I am more than happy to include her in any discussions.
