195: Clause 36, page 55, line 26, leave out “England or Wales” and insert “the United Kingdom” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment extends the requirement to report bulk sales to include deliveries to anywhere in the UK that meet the specified criteria, not just deliveries in England and Wales.
