217: Clause 40, page 59, line 27, after “over” insert “who is in a part of the United Kingdom (“the relevant part” of the United Kingdom)” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment defines “the relevant part” of the United Kingdom for the purposes of this clause and Clause 41 as the part of the United Kingdom in which the person aged 18 or over engages in conduct towards or in respect of a child.
