162: After Clause 117, insert the following new Clause— “Discharge of liabilities in respect of compensation: commencement(1) The Secretary of State must, within three months of the day on which this Act is passed, make regulations to commence the provisions laid out in section 169(2)(d) of the Pensions Act 2004 (discharge of liabilities in respect of compensation: cash sum).(2) The regulations under this section are subject to the negative procedure.”
