47A: Clause 10, page 18, line 19, at end insert “or the gardens and grounds of a private dwelling” Member’s explanatory statement Anyone trespassing in the gardens or grounds of a private house must be assumed to be targeting the private residence and should be guilty of the same offence as if the tresspasser had entered the physical building and there should be a minimum penalty as well as the scope to have a larger maximum.
