That takes me to the social aspects that will influence a decision and why you have to be able to make a decision on a level playing field. We know that poor living experiences, poor housing and inadequate heating all contribute to despair. There are 111,000 people every year who die in poverty. Of those people wo die in poverty, 28% are of working age, many with dependent children, desperately worried about what is going to happen to their children, and what is the best way to manage the last months of their life in relation to the children that they will be leaving behind.
