Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
Why do we not use both words? Why can we not say “has the capability and the ability”? If we cannot do that, I ask the people who promote the Bill to consider whether they can produce an answer that covers the very natural feeling that people have when they look at those words.
