148A: Clause 96, page 54, line 38, at end insert— “(3A) Before making regulations under this section, the Secretary of State must publish a list of approved providers to undertake a study for a manufacturer.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment will provide clarity to manufacturers by publishing an approved list of potential providers who can assist in the undertaking of studies relating to a relevant product or ingredient.
