258: Clause 112, page 158, line 37, leave out paragraph (u) and insert— “(u) sections 39 and 40 come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed;(ua) section 41 comes into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by regulations appoint;(ub) sections 42 and 43 come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed;”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment would provide for my proposed replacement for Clause 41 to come into force by regulations.
