163B: Clause 66, page 101, line 41, at end insert— “(1A) If a development to which a request relates has already commenced, Natural England must have regard to any guidance issued by the Secretary of State in deciding whether to accept the request.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment would require Natural England to have regard to guidance issued by the Secretary of State when considering whether to accept a request from a developer to use an EDP in cases where the development has already commenced.
