Victims and Courts BillContribution
We have heard about families who have been through this. As others have mentioned, Sarah Everard’s parents, Susan and Jeremy, talked about their difficulties. While they understand the advice that they were given and thought that they were well supported in the court and by the court process, they think that the system did not allow them to say what they would have liked. Glenn and Becky Youens, who I have spoken to frequently, wanted to talk about the death of their daughter, Violet-Grace, at the hands of appalling criminals, but again they were restricted.
