That at this day’s sitting, the Speaker shall put the Questions necessary to dispose of
(1) proceedings on the Motions in the name of Sir Alan Campbell relating to
(a) Select committee chairs (period of leave),
(b) Select committees (Participation),
(c) Privileges and
(d) Standing Orders Etc. (Machinery of Government Changes)
not later than 90 minutes after the start of proceedings on the Motion for this Order; such Questions shall include the Questions on any Amendments selected by the Speaker which may then be moved; proceedings may continue, though opposed, until any hour, and may be entered upon after the moment of interruption; and Standing Order No. 41A (Deferred divisions) shall not apply; and
(2) proceedings on the Motion in the name of the Prime Minister relating to Israel and Palestine three hours after the start of proceedings on that Motion, or at 10.00pm, whichever is the later; proceedings may continue, though opposed, until any hour, and may be entered upon after the moment of interruption; and Standing Order No. 41A (Deferred divisions) shall not apply.—( Sir Alan Campbell. )
