  3. That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Health Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of:

  4. (1) any expenditure incurred under or by virtue of the Act by the Secretary of State, and

  5. (2) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable under or by virtue of any other Act out of money so provided. —(Jade Botterill.)

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Health Bill, it is expedient to authorise the making of provision under the Act in relation to income tax, corporation tax, capital gains tax, value added tax, stamp duty or stamp duty reserve tax in connection with a transfer of property, rights or liabilities by a scheme under the Act. —(Jade Botterill.)
