1. The Reverend Nigel John Biggar, CBE, having been created Baron Biggar, of Castle Douglas in the Stewartry of Kirkcudbright, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Griffiths of Fforestfach and Lord Harries of Pentregarth, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
