A message was brought from the Commons that they have appointed a Select Committee of six Members to join with the Committee appointed by the Lords, as the Joint Committee on Human Rights; and have appointed a Select Committee of twelve Members to join with a Committee appointed by the Lords as the Joint Committee on the National Security Strategy.
