That this House condemns the callous fashion by which the employees of Accident Group were informed of their redundancy by text message; calls on the Department of Trade and Industry to carry out an urgent investigation into the collapse of the group and its trading practices; and further believes that a code of conduct should be introduced into the no-win no-fee personal injury industrial sector.
