That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Reductions from Payments) (England) Regulations 2006 (S.I., 2006, No. 169), dated 26th January 2006, a copy of which was laid before this House on 31st January, be annulled.
