That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross-compliance) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 (S.I., 2006, No. 3254), a copy of which was laid before this House on 8th December, be annulled.
