That this House welcomes Ambleside Community Enterprise's bid to bring affordable local housing to Ambleside; recognises the need for affordable housing in Cumbria; and calls for Cumbria County Council to sell the land at a cheaper rate to Ambleside Community Enterprise so that it can be developed at a reasonable price for local people.
