That this House notes that 26 February 2012 is the anniversary of the attack on the town of Khojaly, where 613 men, women and children were killed by Armenian forces; and hopes that the Government can facilitate progress towards a peaceful resolution of the long-running conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia based on existing UN Security Council resolutions, in order to prevent similar events occurring in the future.
