APPLICATION OF TERRORISM BILL PROVISIONS

That this House notes that the provisions of the Terrorism Bill as presently drafted would make the celebration of Guy Fawkes' attempt to massacre King and Parliament an offence; and questions whether such provisions are sensible or workable.
