That this House sends its best wishes to explorer and survival expert David Mill from Perthshire in his world record attempt to reach the geogrphical North Pole from Canada solo and unsupported this month; recognises that David Mill set the world record last year when he completed 460km of the 800km journey across the ice; recognises that this is one of the last great challenges still to be completed; and acknowledges the bravery of attempting such a task.
