That this House is deeply concerned at the arrest of Gladys Marin, leader of the Chilean Communist Party; is further concerned that she is charged with defaming General Pinochet, the former dictator whose regime presided over the deaths of thousands of opposition figures; and calls for her release and that the charges be dropped.
