That this House expresses its sadness at the recent death of Arthur Mullard, who was born in Islington and spent his life in the borough; notes that he brought joy and happiness to millions of people around the country; salutes the way in which he represented all the best of Cockney life and humour; and records its gratitude for what he achieved during his lifetime.
