That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Bradford and Bingley plc Transfer of Securities and Property etc. (Amendment) Order 2009 (S.I., 2009, No. 320), dated 19 February 2009, a copy of which was laid before this House on 19 February, be annulled.
