BBC LICENCE FEE AGREEMENT

That this House notes the BBC's recent decision to renege on its 2015 undertaking to maintain the over 75's free TV licence fee arrangement; calls on the BBC to reveal to what degree during those pre-2015 discussions it indicated to the Government any concern it had about the increasing cost of the concession; and urges the BBC to reinstate the licence fee at its pre-2015 level.
