That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Gambling Act 2005 (Advertising of Foreign Gambling) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (S.I., 2008, No. 2829), dated 28th October 2008, a copy of which was laid before this House on 30th October, be annulled.
