BREATHING EXERCISES AND ASTHMA

Motion Text

That this House congratulates Mr Frank Goddard for his invention of the lung exercise tube which, as he has demonstrated in his recent book, Frankly Speaking, has contributed to overcoming asthma and other breathing difficulties; and calls upon the Government to instigate research into the contribution of breathing exercises in reducing the incidence of asthma and other respiratory illnesses.
