BSE RISK STATUS

Motion Text

That this House notes the submission of a paper by the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to the European Commission on why the UK should be regarded as a low risk BSE country; and further notes that a phased removal of the Over Thirty Month Scheme alongside significant progress on beef exports is required so that the UK beef market does not face significant disruption.
