BSI STANDARD FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

Motion Text

That this House welcomes the British Standards Institution's quality initiative in establishing a complaints management system based on best practice in industry and local government; and urges companies and bodies in the public and voluntary sectors to ensure a better deal for their clients and consumers by signing up to the new BS 8600 standard.
