That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 (S.I., 2007, No. 991), dated 23rd March 2007, a copy of which was laid before this House on 29th March, be annulled.
