That this House congratulates Carl 'The Jackal' Frampton on his victory in securing the WBA super-bantamweight belt in his fight against Scott Quigg; and commends Carl Frampton for being an inspiration for young people in Northern Ireland and across the UK and for making the contest such a spectacular and must see event.
