CASE OF SURJIT KAUR ATHWAL

That this House expresses its continuing concern at the failure to discover what happened to Surjit Kaur Athwal, an Asian British woman, who went missing in December 1998; requests the Foreign Secretary to raise this case personally with the Indian Government, with the direct request that the case be investigated by the Indian Central Bureau of Investigation; and asks that the Foreign Secretary meets the Athwal family to discuss the progress in this case.
