That this House commends the decision of Channel 5 to broadcast live coverage of the CIS Scottish League Cup throughout the United Kingdom; and hopes that this will be the start of more broadcasting on terrestrial television throughout the United Kingdom of football games in all parts of the United Kingdom, leading to finance being channelled into smaller clubs across the country.
