CHOLESTEROL LEVELS AND HEART UK

Motion Text

That this House registers its concern at the Government's delay in implementing the recommendations set out in the Cardiovascular Outcome Strategy 2013, announced by the Department of Health, the NHS Commissioning Board and Public Health England; notes that no assessment of its impact has been made since its publication; and calls for the Government urgently to review the progress that has been made in implementing those recommendations so that people are supported and better able to manage their cholesterol and thus reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease.
