Closure of Down Recorder newspaper

That this House notes, with sadness, the closure of the Down Recorder newspaper; highlights that this newspaper was in operation for 189 years and was a part of local history; expresses concern at the loss of a small independent news retailer and the loss of that locally driven community that was fostered through this wonderful publication; and offers every best wish to the talented staff of the paper as they move on.
