leave out from `Gloucestershire' to end and add `further notes that the total funding for social services in Gloucestershire has been increased from ú49 million to ú55 million, an increase of over 10 per cent.; and calls on the county council to use this large increase efficiently for the benefit of all those who qualify for Care in the Community in the County.'.
