That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Companies Act 1985 (Operating and Financial Review) (Repeal) Regulations 2005 (S.I., 2005 No. 3442), dated 14th December 2005, a copy of which was laid before this House on 15th December, be annulled.
