Motion Text

That this House notes the achievement of Hannah Shields, a resident of Kilrea, County Londonderry on her magnificent achievement of being one of the few females to have scaled the heights of Mount Everest along with several other males from both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland; recognises the strength of character and determination it takes in carrying out such a feat; and salutes those who have reached the 'rooftop of the world'.
