That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amount of Penalty) (Amendment) Order 2008 (S.I., No. 3297), dated 29 December 2008, a copy of which was laid before this House on 2 January, be annulled.
