That this House calls on Ministers of the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to implement a stronger strategy and focus on crop research to help increase crop quality and yields in light of the fact that the annual harvest in 2016 has produced lower yields; and concludes that more focus and attention must be given to this area.
