Darlington nurses tribunal decision

That this House welcomes the Tribunal ruling that the dignity of a group of female nurses was violated by County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust permitting a biological man to use the female changing room; notes the importance of defending single sex spaces and the expectation of such following the Supreme Court judgement; and calls on all public authorities to ensure their approach is Supreme Court compliant.
