That this House expresses its sorrow at the death of George HW Bush, former President of the United States of America; acknowledges the leadership and unparalleled foreign diplomacy that saw the conclusion of the Cold War amongst other diplomatic victories; acknowledges the role played in the Iraq and Kuwait liberation by this straight-talking leader; and conveys sincere sympathy on their loss to the entire Bush family in the absolute confidence that George Bush Sr is absent from the body and present with the Lord.
