DETENTION OF MR GVARJALADZE AND MR VARSHANIDZE IN BATUMI

That this House deplores the illegal seizure and detention of Mr Anzore Gvarjaladze and Mr Varshanidze, directors of the British company Georgian Shipping Co., held against their will in Batumi; and calls upon Mr Aslan Abashidze as Head of the Supreme Council of Ajaria to respect and safeguard their constitutional rights by releasing them back to their families immediately.
