That this House congratulates Downtown Radio, Newtownards, Co. Down on its 40th birthday celebrations; notes that the station was the first independent radio station in the province; and calls on this House to commit itself to supporting independent radio, media and press outlets across the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
