That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Blackburn with Darwen (Maintained Nursery School Governance) (Amendment) Order 2007 (S.I., 2007, No. 676), dated 4th March 2007, a copy of which was laid before this House on 9th March, be annulled.
