Elfyn Evans and the Rally of Finland

That this House congratulates Elfyn Evans and co-driver Scott Martin on winning the Rally of Finland held in August; notes that they are now placed second in the World Rally Championship; wishes Elfyn and Scott well for the remaining four events; and hopes they will win the Rally World Championship.
