FA CUP FINAL TICKET ALLOCATION (NO. 2)

That this House congratulates Manchester United Football Club and Millwall Football Club on their success in reaching the final of the FA Cup and supports the FA's decision to distribute tickets for the final on a roughly proportionate basis; but recognises that, if tickets had been allocated on a strictly proportionate basis related to support, Millwall would have had a reduced allocation.
