That this House congratulates the Fife Free Press, which was named Scottish Weekly Newspaper of the Year at the Scottish Press Awards; notes that the Fife Free Press previously won in 2015, 2016 and 2019; celebrates the paper’s commit and contribution to local journalism which has been recognised with deserved success; and urges the Government to take measures to protect local journalism during these difficult times.
