FOOD SUPPLEMENTS DIRECTIVE (No. 2)

That this House agrees that the European Directive 2002/46/EC and the judgement of the European Court of Justice on that Directive relating to food supplements shall not have effect in the United Kingdom notwithstanding the provisions of the European Communities Act 1972.
